How does booking work?

What if I need more than 20 minutes?
Start with the 20-minute video call. If we need more time or want to explore something deeper, we'll figure out the right next step together.
Is the $100 refundable?
No, once you pay, you've paid.
What if I have to cancel the call with less than 24 hours notice?
That's fine. Totally understandable. To get back on my calendar, please just find a new time and pay again.
